And everything in town moves smoothly! The interested user introduces his/her credit/debit card to the special slot at the kiosk and defines his/her intended period of use (1 Day or 1 Week). The Card is charged with a €150 deposit. The user then receives a receipt with a seven digit code. Once this code is punched in at any station a numbered key is released that corresponds with a bike that has the same number. The key is used to lock/unlock the respective bicycle. After returning the bike at any available station the user reintroduces the same seven digit code and returns the key. The €150 deposit is returned, usually within 24 hours, after the expiration of the period of use, with the usage charges deducted

To rent and receive a code number Go to any system station Choose language (Greek ,English) You are asked if you want to: 1= Get a code , 2= Use a code, 3=-Cancel a code 1= Get a code is selected You now have to accept the terms of use by pressing # The period of use is selected  (1= 1 day, 2= 7days) You may opt to receive the code via SMS. To do that press 1 to enter the mobile number or press 2 to go to the next step. If 1 is selected you are asked key in the phone number followed by #. Enter the credit/debit card to the card slot and type in your  PIN number on the respective Keypad Data is certified and the card is charged the amount of € 150, which will be refunded usually within 24 hours after the return of the bicycle. Please then remove your credit/debit card A seven digit code is displayed on the screen and also printed on your receipt. It will also be sent by SMS, if that option is opted for.

To receive a bicycle Go to any system station Choose language (Greek ,English) You are asked if you want to: 1= Get a code , 2= Use a code, 3=-Cancel a code 2= Use a code is selected Enter the seven digit code number you received followed by # When the code is confirmed, a special box opens with a key that is flashing. The key has a distinct number corresponding to a bicycle. Inspect the respective bike (tyres, brakes, lights) adjust the saddle height (Return the key should there is problem with the bicycle and get another key– and please inform us about it by calling 77772700) Place the key in the bike lock that is located under the seat on the left hand side and turn it The bike is released by removing the cord The key may  also be used when you want to temporarily lock the bike before returning it to a station.  This is done by turning the key and holding down the lever, which is located below the seat on the right hand side, and at the same time removing the key. The key must stay in the lock while you are riding it since the bicycles cannot function without it. To return a bicycle At any station, put the bike on an available dock Remove the key. You can remove the key by placing the cord end on the lock turning the key and again holding the lever down. Go to the kiosk Choose language (Greek ,English) You are asked if you want to: 1= Get a code , 2= Use a code, 3=-Cancel a code 2= Use a code is selected Enter the seven digit code you received followed by # When the code is confirmed, the slot box opens Return the key to the flashing slot.  The key is recognized by the system and  therefore the  corresponding bike is also recognized as returned. Please view the screen which will inform you about the usage time and the charge on your card. Code Cancellation before its expiry Should you wish to cancel your code and thus speed up the refund process: Go to any system station Choose language (Greek ,English) You are asked if you want to: 1= Get a code , 2= Use a code, 3=-Cancel a code 3= Cancel code is selected Enter your code followed by # After confirming your code and the return of the bike, the code is canceled and you are informed about the usage time and the charge on your card. The code cancellation function is optional. It can only be executed after any previously received key has been returned The deposit remains charged, usually for 24 hours, on the credit/debit card of the user after the expiration of the period of use or the cancellation of the code (which ever is shorter). That is to safeguard that that the bike is returned undamaged. After that period, the system returns the deposit with the usage fees deducted from it. In case there is damage or the bike is not returned the €150 is withheld. The exact time the money appears back in the account depends on the users issuing bank.
