The system can be used as many times as the user decides during the period of use. The above use is not cumulative and responds to each trip. A user may use the system as many times within the period of use and if he/she does not exceed the one hour each time there will be no charge The deposit remains charged, usually for 24 hours, on the credit/debit card of the user after the expiration of the period of use or the cancellation of the code (which ever is shorter). That is to safeguard that that the bike is returned undamaged. After that period, the system returns the deposit with the usage fees deducted from it. In case there is damage or the bike is not returned the €150 is withheld. The exact time the money appears back in the account depends on the users issuing bank. DEPL may claim up to €600 for the loss of a bike
